Cancellation Policy
We have a 1 week notice cancellation policy. Any rides cancelled before 1 week prior to ride day/time will be entitled to a full refund. Any cancellation within the 1 week period prior to ride with forfeit all payments made. Please check your ride location booked. We have two locations - Metricup and Collie. No refund will be given in the event of booking the wrong location. Please contact us direct to arrange location changes.
